How Do We Help Our Community?

Our food pantry is here to help with food security gaps for our neighbors in Barron County.  We are a "choice" Pantry that allows folks to select items from our shelves, according to the number of people in their household.  Usually, we can offer non-perishable items, meat, dairy, bread, fresh produce, and some personal care products.

No referral is necessary.  Guests must register and be certified on their 1st visit to determine their individual needs.  Generally, folks visit once a month but exceptions can be made if required.

St. Vincent de Paul's Pantry is located at:

40 S. Main Street

Rice Lake, WI 54868

During 2017, SVDP's Pantry

distributed 491,034 pounds of food valued at $762,022.

There were 4,241 visits to the pantry.

The pantry had over 120 volunteers donating 7,174 hours.
